Appointments:
Full payment is required to secure your appointment. There is no charge for issuing a prescription within your appointment but an admin fee of £35 will apply to prescriptions issued between appointments.
New Patient Appointment: £230
50 minute consultation, comprehensive letter, up to 2 email queries within 8 weeks (your clinician may ask you to book a quick telephone or review appointment if they feel it is not medical safe to answer by email).
Follow Up Appointment: £150
Available to people who have had a New Patient Appointment within the preceding 12 months. A 25 minute consultation, post consultation letter, up to 2 emails with the same caveat as above, within 8 weeks of your consultation.
Testosterone Initiation Consultation: £150
A 25 minute consultation available to people already stabilised on standard HRT who wish to discuss additional testosterone replacement. Please note that blood tests are necessary to check testosterone level both prior to initiation and to monitor levels on replacement. You can provide these (from a certified laboratory) or they can be arranged via the clinic.
Quick Telephone Consultation: £100
These are available to discuss issues that arise between consultations here an email dialogue is not considered safe by your clinician, or if it is your preference. Last up to 15 minutes, there will be NO letter.
Cancellation Fees:
Appointments can be cancelled or changed free of charge providing
5 working day’s notice is given, minus any fees from the financial handling company. After this time full payment is due.

Prescription Fees
There is no administration fee for prescriptions issued during your consultation, but you will have to pay for the cost of any items prescribed, to the issuing pharmacy.
